Ну почему же. Ответ был очень чёткий: Газ хотят Европидорасы. Мы не можем им отказать, а потому с нас взятки гладки. (И в особо крупном размере.)

Кстати, европейские закупки нефтегаза у России в прошлом году тоже увеличились.
