The deeps of the human dumbness are bottomless, and I was simply unable to imagine the real intellectual level and the real reasons of Swiss bureaucrats. The case is more absurd than you could imagine. I was astonished and excited during my presence on the questionings. I had difficulties with the introductory part of my letter to the prosecution department because I cannot directly write what I think. Here is the English translation:

My former analysis of our case was based on the following three assumptions:

1. [ The assumption of rational objectives ]
   The M. school and the K..B had pursued rational objectives in their documents, actions and statements.


2. [ The assumption of the teaching experience ]
   The initial development of the K..B actions on 12.07.2018 follows the original plans of the M. school and the K..B, and had failed only after the first unexpected reactions of the members of the family R.

   The accusations of the M. school are absurd in such extent that there is no person with such bad analytical capabilities that these accusations will be taken seriously.

The documents also state that the K..B has hunted a wild Russian father and a bureaucrat from K..B had given me on 12.07.2018 just after the promise to hold our son until his 18th birthday a nice lecture about the man's duty to work, lazy foreigners and the rightful punishment. Ну, как сказать. Одно из обвинений меня в документах по отъёму ребёнка -- это то, что я обвинял школу в расизме. Хотя, мои разговоры с директором можно классифицировать не более, как вопросы о ксенофобии.

Расизм предполагает какое-то возвеличивание своей культуры, а не боязнь людей, которые читают книги.

А так, есть SVP (Швейцарская Народная Партия), которая обвиняет во всём иностранцев, вплоть до того, что воды в кране нет из-за них.
