Который уже день борюсь с желанием послать глубокоуважаемым швейцарским бюрократом письмо на русском, состоящее из одного сложносочинённого предложения и содержащие два простых русские слова, одно на "о", а второе на "за".

Увы, не поймут.

Отправил письмо вежливое, но не столь осмысленное. [В примерном переводе]

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have unexpectedly received by post the decision of 20.12.2021 [number] of [some] Camber of the Canton of Zurich .

I have mentioned in my letter [date, number] some cultural characteristics that I had discovered during the criminal investigation and which I had found questionable or odd due to my experiences in other countries. I know that in the sense of criminal law nobody can make a complaint against cognitive or deductive abilities. My goal was just to confirm once again that these are not exceptions, but the expressions of the Swiss culture. I have explained this in detail in my following letter [date, number] which was not mentioned in your decision.

I consider your decision as a purely formal reinterpretation of the raised questions and a formal confirmation that the listed cultural characteristics are not an exception and do not need any action.

Your decision mentions a fee of 300.- CHF. Please send me a payment slip, or tell me, please, to which account I can transfer the money.

На этом вопрос с правовой системой можно считать закрытым.

Масса, просто масса ценнейшей этнографической информации. Надо послать ещё запросы в несколько контор и можно погружаться в изучение.
