I think anyone can remember the case with parents of Swiss Muslim girls who were fined for forbidding their daughters to attend mixed-sex swimming lessons.
On the macro level this is a good thing. But if we consider fears and beliefs of these girls, the situation is quite different. I doubt that many Swiss parents would be pleased to send their children to nude swimming lessons and "just enough cloth on the body" is a very subjective parameter.
The Swiss school had failed to introduce the western body culture in an attractive and supportive manner that could win against the parents' education. It had simply used these children to punish their parents and possibly to chase them out.
