   Designers are failed artists fixed on graphical beauty.
   You need a UX-something-person in your team to introduce adequate perception abilities into this mix.
   
   Even if this person is the worst psychology expert, this helps to turn your software into something more humanistic. Knowledge and experience in psychology add some positive points to this basic advantage.
